Our True Desires are deeply sacred. As sacred as a river, or a volcano, or any other natural process. It’s something separate from egoic desire which is, ‘I want this because I saw it in a commercial’, but the exploration of those egoic desires might actually help somebody go towards those things. And so I think our desires are sacred. I think it’s something to listen to as if it is the voice of God.

Magick, called by some "Psychokinesis" is the practice of using the strength and faculties of our minds and imaginations to influence the occurrence or outcome of events in our lives, It is "The science and art of causing change in conformity with our Will" as penned by the most controversial magicion of the 20th century, Aleister Crowley, It is the Meta Skill that can be applied to all other areas of your life, the limits being only in your Will and the energy you have to expend upon your practice, Magick is also a continuation of a centuries old spiritual tradition. – Jake Kobrin
The Sigil is simply a symbolism for a desired gaol. It has an advantage over writing because crafting a sigil requires more focused attention thatn just writing it. and because use of a symbolic goal reduces the grasp of the analytical mind. In addition, after the sigil is created the magician traditionally charges and then releases it, the charging is meant to forcefully concentrate emotion, intention, and belief on a goal. The releasing is intended to push the goal from the conscious mind into the unconsious. – Dean Raden, in Real Magic
