Our True Desires are deeply sacred. As sacred as a river, or a volcano, or any other natural process. It’s something separate from egoic desire which is, ‘I want this because I saw it in a commercial’, but the exploration of those egoic desires might actually help somebody go towards those things. And so I think our desires are sacred. I think it’s something to listen to as if it is the voice of God.

- Magic(k) is a way of affecting your reality and causing change
- Magick is probability enhancement
The occult, in the broadest sense, is a category of supernatural beliefs and practices which generally fall outside the scope of religion and science, encompassing such phenomena involving otherworldly agency as mysticism, spirituality and magic – Wikipedia
Magick, called by some "Psychokinesis" is the practice of using the strength and faculties of our minds and imaginations to influence the occurrence or outcome of events in our lives, It is "The science and art of causing change in conformity with our Will" as penned by the most controversial magicion of the 20th century, Aleister Crowley, It is the Meta Skill that can be applied to all other areas of your life, the limits being only in your Will and the energy you have to expend upon your practice, Magick is also a continuation of a centuries old spiritual tradition. – Jake Kobrin
- Magick is not Objectively "Real
- You would be well off to not ascribe objective reality to any of your experiences.
- Magick is subjective and personal
- Despite what Crowley said it is not nor will it ever be possible to turn into a science
- There are as many different kinds of magic as there are people on the planet.
- If someone doesn't subscribe to a reality- tunnel or world-view in which magic exists [:(] then you don't need to impose your perspective onto that person.
- It's cool to find people whoe share the same perspectives and ideas, but there will always be those who exclude based on such beliefs. Use discretion in taling about such things.
- It might not be objective "real" but it works. So how does it work?

- sigil
The Sigil is simply a symbolism for a desired gaol. It has an advantage over writing because crafting a sigil requires more focused attention thatn just writing it. and because use of a symbolic goal reduces the grasp of the analytical mind. In addition, after the sigil is created the magician traditionally charges and then releases it, the charging is meant to forcefully concentrate emotion, intention, and belief on a goal. The releasing is intended to push the goal from the conscious mind into the unconsious. – Dean Raden, in Real Magic
