I think many conceptualize the concept of non-duality by making it mean oneness or unity. But in non-duality you also see through the polarity of oneness and manyness. There is no inner or outer and so you are free.

You are being taught to just BE, REST, and ALLOW whatever arises. DON'T do anything else! But repressed thoughts and emotions don't arise. They are REPRESSED! The pointers then become the reinforcement of the repression. Enter inquire there!
